Super disappointed with the staff at this location. Cancelled my membership after manager Lauryn berated me for seeking to understand my membership billing- which I’d assume is part of her job. I’ve been charged late fees for the last two months for an invalid bank account, despite having a valid backup payment and my account on autopay.
