The cancellation process is insanity with in person half the time you can’t even cancel your membership you have to wait on the manager to be there and if they aren’t oh well tuff luck told me the manager is only there morning and mid day so like I’m looking at THREE employees behind the desk and your telling me that we can’t do anything at all currently going to confirm to the planet fitness hysteria to cancel my membership and go on my lunch break to cancel this like how do you not do part of your business half the day lit... read more

I asked to put my membership on hold for the 6 month program, and they still charged me the annual $50 fee. No one told me that this would be the case or I would have just canceled everything. I called and spoke with Josh, the manager, and he told me this is the way it is and I should have read the contract. Who reads the entire contract? Thanks Planet Fitness, the 50 bucks you stole from me, will bring you negative reviews on as many platforms that I can find. I love the layout of the gym. Lots of different machines for walking running and working out. The back area to the right had the newer workout gym but I have one problem I have spoken to management and sent an email (no email reply) about the staff not keeping the whole gym clean. My workout area is the back area and I see dust bunnies, roller foam pieces, small rocks, and even torn paper towels. What floored me the most, a staff member mopped the area but the same items were still on the floor. How about using the backpack ... read more

I have been going to this establishment for several years and I have always enjoyed my time there until today. While walking in, I got hit with a $20 late fee which I feel was exorbitant, but I have not had a late previous late fee with them or anyone else in decades. I never received an email saying I was about to be late, nor when I showed up at the club the day before and the day before that nobody ever said anything.
