I received a new CC from my bank, updated it online, and was denied entry because their online environment does not sync with their store according to the employee. I never bring my wallet to the gym for obvious reasons. I asked for a manager and one was not available. I asked to cancel my membership and was told I needed to come back when a manager was available.
