Friendly staff and good facility
Doesn't accept legal tender for snacks and drinks. Not gonna have my card in a place that let's anybody in
My wife had a terrible experience at this location, made worse by the supervisor, Shawna Durkin. Instead of helping, she mocked my wife for needing extra time on the treadmill due to a medical issue, saying, “This isn’t a hospital, it’s a gym.” When my wife tried to report the behavior, Shawna raised her voice and accused her of “causing a scene.” My wife left in tears. Completely unprofessional and the opposite of a “Judgement Free Zone.” We will not be returning.
