Great welcome and experience. I was coming off 4 years of not working out due to job and health issues. I turned 55 and had enough of sedentary life. I was nervous and thought I'd be intimidated and embarrassed. As soon as I walked in I was met by Ken and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. The girl that works nights now is constantly outside smoking. We were there for 20 minutes and she was outside twice. When she was actually inside she is telling you how you’re dressed wrong and everything you can’t do. We have been happy coming here for 3 years straight. We have had zero problems with and love the employees that work in the middle of the night. She is making us look for a new place to work out. She makes it uncomfortable to come here now.

Staff is great. Some of these bad reviews are absolutely ridiculous and actually very entertaining. This gym is great as far as planet fitness’s go. Clean , big , busy and next to other shopping. Very happy this place opened. Much better than rockledge and especially sharps location. I do wish they were true 24 hours like other places , especially on the weekends when healthy people don’t drink but whatever corporate decisions and all. Best value for the money hands down
