You lost my business today because the person working the front desk could not wait to get rid of me from the moment I approached the desk. If that’s how the staff feels even in this economy, I’ll go sign up with a gym where my business is appreciated.
I really liked this gym. There was one woman that opened Saturdays that wasn’t great (late, didn’t always show up, etc), but that was my only complaint other than some TVs not working. All in all, the other staff was phenomenal and it was always clean with working equipment. I changed gyms and am in a contract or I’d be back there in a heartbeat.
