Upon signing up, I was told about the annual fee of $50, but that if I cancel before April 1st, I wouldn’t get charged. After cancelling on March 31, I was charged anyway the next day. Apparently, you actually need to cancel 7 days prior. The manager could not refund it, lacked empathy too. The third party billing could not refund it. Just something to be aware of. Pretty stressful! I need that 50 more than planet fitness, for real!

Had a rough night didnt come in doing well from the weather but we where treated with respect and kindness by Parker H. He helped us get situated and did a great job doing so, its people like him that reminds me humanity still exists. It says the world's not all bad even when things haven't been easy. Parker was there greeting us with smiles and very accommodating. He really went above and beyond. I will be keeping and upgrading my membership here for these reasons five stars for the place 100 for him

I’ve been a member of multiple planet fitness locations over the years, and this is definitely a nice location. The one huge thing is that you have to pay for parking, it’s all metered, and there is a parking garage attachment but they don’t comp parking. This is the only central Grand Rapids PF location, otherwise I would attend a different one if it wasn’t so far from my house.
