So far the best planet fitness location I've been to. Equipment is clean and tidy. The only couple complaints are that the music is a bit too loud, that I can still hear it through my noise cancelling earbuds, and a group of teenagers that frequent the location constantly grunting, yelling, dropping weights, even asking the staff to turn on the lunk alarm for them. I'm just here to workout in peace.

Clean location but the music is too loud I can’t even hear my own music in my noise canceling headphones.

I visit this location several times in the past months… I was very pleased with cleanliness of the shower area along with the whole facility. This location here n Diamond Bar is very clean as well as Rowing Heights …and the music is awesome … I will be back… I appreciate you taking pride in the cleanliness of your establishment. Thank you

3rd day there and before I scan in I see my account is past due which is impossible. So I check and see they have a card that is years old. I paid with my new card the day I signed so this is their mistake. They refused to fix my 20 dollar late charge. That’s trash service. That aside I’m there after five and it’s never packed not even close but no dead lifting. Won’t be here too long.
