Very rude employees. They are telling members to leave the gym 20 minutes before closing time and putting up signs saying the showers are closed about 40 minutes before the gym actually closes. This is very disrespectful to customers who pay a membership to use the facilities until the posted closing time. Unfortunately, this fitness company keeps getting worse in terms of customer service and respect for its members.

Love this gym and decided to keep membership after they expanded their hours
Been to multiple planet fitnesses and was great but this Overall bad experience when they open with staff members, one person specifically a girl with glasses will invade all your space in the middle of a workout, like vacuuming underneath your feet or head while your trying to focus in a workout and she will hinder multiple people when there in there last reps of a set for grunting a little bit and honestly makes the experience awkward for the rest of the time being here
