Very cheap, lots of equipment and nice environment to work out in.
30 min Express workout. Good variety and timed stations keep you moving.
Great gym :) no WiFi though
I'm not too impress with the set up but they have what is needed to get the workout done.
Parking lot is always full at night but once inside, they have plenty of equipment and a great variety!
Bagels (and Coffee) Mornings on the second Tuesday of every month!
Nice place, but no wifi. Bring your own music.
Nice place to work out and be left alone to enjoy your workout. Staff is friendly and helpful.
