A great gym with all the amenities!
The gym is fine, the staff are cool, but there are WAY too many people just taking up space either playing with their phone or putting in minimal effort, and this can get in the way of your workouts. Went to do chest today; there were 5 benches. 4 taken by people on their phones, 1 taken by a guy pressing 10 lbs, and 0 people serious about working out, leaving me with no bench.
Not my normal gym I go to but had alot more equipment than my home gym. Great workout.
Just started going there but I really like it. It's very clean, has plenty of different equipment and has music and TV's to enhance your workout. Has hydro massage chairs and regular massage chairs. The hydro is divine! Also has tanning booths. Very affordable on my fixed income. I've noticed all ages take advantage of the gym. Comfortable, non judgemental atmosphere.
