The gym itself was good and had good equipment; however, we do not live in the United States. We signed up for the membership while traveling, and when we arrived to train at Planet Fitness in Pittsfield (690 Merrill Rd, Pittsfield, MA 01201), we tried to cancel our membership. However, the staff member informed us that cancellation could not be done at that location and that we would need to cancel at our “home club” in Boston.
