I love this gym and location but don’t understand why they offer rockbot to put your favorite music if the volume is really low you can barely hear it.
THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL IN PLANET FITNESS!!! I used to be a member for years then i took a year off and came back, everything went perfect until i called this facility for an error in a charge to my account, not only they didnt help me, but they ignored me when i asked for my membership to be canceled. I sent several emails to planet fitness, and they ignored me as well, but they wanted to keep charging me the monthly fee...after this incident i dont want to know anything about planet fitness and their no commitm... read more
