Terrible customer service. Don't bother speaking to the manager, nothing that she said would happen, did.
Beware! I went in to sign up and said I would pay for one year in advance. They said they couldn’t do that and would need access to my checking account to complete the application. Google their position of canceling a membership, Good luck!!’
The staff are so kind and welcoming! If you truly want to feel at home in a gym, this is the place. Not only do they remember you when you come in, but they take the time to have conversations and remember them. Matt even remembered my son's birthday and he hasn't even met him yet! Could not recommend this place enough.
In my 63 years, I have exercised in gyms spanning the globe. I have been a member of Planet Fitness for ten years and have visited many in numerous states, but this is the Most Exceptional Gym I have ever encountered! The key is the staff with their encouraging nature and their cheerful alacrity!
