Incredibly rude staff. Male manager swore at me and put the phone down after my multiple attempts of cancelling my membership with no resolution. Would avoid at all costs, terrible customer service from him and he clearly needs additional training.
I do like the facility very much but one employee there that works nights rushed me out of my shower an stole my 2 rings I had left there because of him pushing me out. Horrible experience with him but everyone els is solid.
I got the black membership card and so far I love it I'm working out and lots of different things to work out on you need to check it out I encourage you you won't regret it
Please clean your locker rooms! Everytime I come during the afternoon, it’s never clean in there. This doesn’t seem to be a problem during the rare times I’m there in the morning, but I’m pretty sure nobody cleans it during my afternoon visits. This gym is too nice to just ignore a huge detail like that.
Good gym. Updated equipment.
