I give this gym 5 stars because of one person: Kalib Byrd. (It would be 4 stars without him, and it’s 10 stars with him there.) He knows everyone who works out here. He greets everyone with kindness and respect. He already has things set up for you as soon as he sees you coming in. Very clean and very enjoyable experience. Makes me miss my membership a little with Planet Fitness in comparison to my current gym, Crunch. Way less people there even at 5pm.. better showers and changing area. Highly Recommend. I visited several times as a guest. Has a nice enviorment.
Very good clean gym you can work out. Staff is very good. Very helpful. You can’t find a better gym in Alpharetta.
Completely unacceptable, I’ve recently got into an altercation with the sort called female assistant mgr which has secretly been beefing with me every since I’ve quit working with the planet fitness at the Holcomb location, however while attending at the Roswell location as a customer(member) I’ve never had issues with any other staff member except that one particular employee(assistant mgr) & I do have her on audio recording for court purposes upon false allegations, & also being spiteful towards me in a unprofessional way,... read more
This gym doesn’t have some equipments I use in other branches. Honestly the seats are relatively small . I have had bad work out today . Awful they don’t even have pull ups machine only this
