They have the worst equipment. The weight equipment is very old. A lot of machines do not work. You can not do the stairmaster without being in a horrible position that damages your back. Every other planet fitness has matrix machines that are a lot newer and better than Life fitness machines.
Clean facility. Great workers, when any are around. Some massage machines are inferior to those at PF Vernon Hills. They still do the job, and the hydro massage beds are great once you learn how to control them. But if, like today, there's no worker at all at this facility's front desk, you can't use anything in the black card spa. Every location should always have at least 2 onsite during operating hours.
