As a short term member so far I've been impressed with the friendly staff especially Giselle who helped me get my locker unlocked when I didn't follow the directions correctly. The staff doesn't stand around here like at other gyms I've been to. Someone is alwalys cleaning and dusting and available to answer questions. Impressive
