SCAM ALERT!! DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT! If you miss payments, they STACK! Even though it's just a monthly payment, they will try taking money from you FOREVER until you cancel and you can't cancel with an outstanding balance. So if you have a subscription with them and forgot about it (like us) you'll be stuck paying fees that have accrued for YEARS. This is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This has happened several times now: one of the men at the reception lets homeless people into the establishment. This happens in the early morning hours, and he makes sure they leave before 6 a.m. I've seen it happen about three times already. It's worrying because I heard the girls say that this person was in the locker rooms sleeping and that they felt unsafe leaving their belongings there. I must say I love working out at this location, cause it’s close to home, but I hate it that they always have homeless people laying down in the massage beds. The smell they leave penetrates the room really bad. I know there not bugging anyone but its a workout establishment they’re using to lay down to take a nap!!! It should be for a paying customer to lay down and get a massage instead of people taking naps on them. Largest Planet Fitness I've ever been to. Great selection of workout machines.
