Had issues with manager a lil less than a year ago. Planet fitness was charging me every month to work out there, for a year or so I could go in and if anyone hassled me about checking in I’d tell them go head and look me up. No problems at all. Til I came in one day and this guy tries to tell me I can’t work out unless I download the app. I told him everyone just looks me up, never had any problems otherwise.
