I have been using Planet Fitness for 10 years and this particular location for 6 of those years. The front desk people have Always been friendly and welcoming until the last month or 2. The new manager and staff, ( i can't remember the bigger gals name but the shorter one is named Italia) are just barely able to look at you and you feel like a burden just for having them do anything besides just scanning your app to check in. Excellent staff
This gym is under horrible management!! I've been going there for years and the staff was always helpful and accommodating. The last 4-6 months have been under new management and this woman has fired everyone I've ever known who works there, don't get it. Theres a new employee DAILY! All of the cardio repetitive machines have been moved so far away from the TVs that you can't see them and replaced with heavy weight machines, which nobody watches tv while lifting, a stupid move.
