I've been a long-term member, which makes this even more disappointing. When I asked about using my Black Card guest privileges, the front desk staff member, Nevaida, was rude and dismissive. Both my guest and I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Long-time members deserve basic respect. I hope management addresses this issue.

The gym is independently owned and operated. From a business standpoint point, the employees at the counter barely acknowledge you when walking in and leaving. I’ll say good morning, they won’t respond and scan me in. One female stands there in the corner the entire time I work out. She saids welcome with out breaking eye contact with her phone. Compared to other greetings at other PF’s this seems below average service. Otherwise, great new equipment, very clean, great bathrooms.
