Clean facility and friendly staff. They replaced the bosu balls for overinflated taller imititations. They're worthless for balance excercises removing 6 different excercises i do. Because of the crowning bottom and overinflation, they are unusable. I now have to do those separately at home, and can't include them as part of my warm-ups. Not sure what they are good for or why they got switched.

Clean with good variety of equipment. SO glad Heidi is back - she is fantastic!! They don’t do well with insurance memberships - but other than that staff and this location is great.

Always very neat and clean, always kind staff to greet you and wish you well after your workout. Can be very busy, can also be very empty. While they have a lot of equipment and machines, there are quite a few things they don’t have. I definitely have to get creative to make certain exercises work due to lack of equipment/ease of use. With that being said I don’t know what PF is limited to providing for their members in terms of equipment, so it may be a non issue to others.
