We came in on a Saturday to do a walk through before deciding to join. As a past member I prefer the black card membership as I travel often and you can go anywhere. I had read some of the reviews here and was apprehensive, however, both young men at the front desk were helpful and friendly. Honest review, the good, the bad and the reality. First the good - a great membership price, 24 hours open with a great holiday schedule, great variety of machines, a good volume of dumbbells/free weights and benches so you don't have to wait, the kettles are numerically arranged every morning and amazing space with attention to organization of the muscle groups. This was is fine to workout. However, the amount of homeless people at this place is insane. The bathroom every morning at 6am smells terrible and the homeless people just throw there stuff everywhere and leave it a mess. They need to do something about this. They also yell at people in the bathrooms for no reason probably because of a mental illness or drug use. Which it is totally fine to have a mental illness we all have issues.
