it's rare to find anyone at the desk at night unless it's Sunday-Wednesday(shoutout to sunday-wednesday crew). Please fix it. Simple fix by hiring more staff, having a pager/some way to connect to staff or even a note to say where they might be (again, huge shoutout to Sunday staff).
