Love this place. I have been a member for years. Clean and spacious. Only incident I have ever had after being a member for years was with a staff member (Ratesha) who was very condescending and dismissive during a conversation about black card membership policy during a conversation. May need a little customer service training. Typical... clean, organized
I’ve been attempting to cancel my membership for months due to me no longer living in Ga. The manager tells me that one of my options to stop them from taking money out of my account for a service that I’m not receiving is to COME IN PERSON to cancel. She was speaking over me and rude.
