Just found out the employees at this Planet Fitness has been charging energy drinks to my account. There is a way they can use your CC on file to make purchases in-store for themselves. There is an automatic email receipt but there is a way to disable it I guess . They forgot to do that this morning. I got a receipt for something I didn’t purchase. All around very clean. From the machines to showers and lockers. Staff is great.
I go out of my way to come to this gym. Never crowded and very nice and clean. :) Definitely recommend
I overheard the bigger woman at the front desk talking shit about a guest who was exercising, to another guest . This made me feel very uncomfortable, and as a result, I will be canceling my membership.
