Front doors locked at 9:37pm not cool
It's not a bad place, but they are a step behind some of the other planet fitness locations. Sicklerville and Berlin have newer cardio equipment. Free weight barbell squat racks. This location does not. They don't keep the air conditioning cold enough either. It's warm in there on most days. I might switch to Berlin. It's further away, but better in my opinion.
I’ve tried to reach out to corporate on multiple occasions with no response back. So I figured id share my review here. I have a issue where they have charged me a late fee of $15, its happened 4 months in a row. The reimbursed me 3 months YET this last month is like pulling a bears 🐻 teeth. For some reason the store manager has handed this off to the district manager and after two weeks of repeated calls no call back to resolve the issue. The management team is a joke, so watch your back if you're on auto pay ....
