Extremely disappointed with Planet Fitness. I cancelled my membership, yet I’m still being charged afterward. I was also charged the annual fee twice in the same month, with different amounts and separate charges. This is unacceptable, especially after the membership was cancelled. I’m now having to deal with unexpected charges and trying to get my money back. Make sure you carefully check your bank statements if you cancel. I would not recommend this gym based on my experience with their billing practices.
