Today I happily canceled my membership. Black card member for more than 4 years. Always respectful of all members, clean, and responsible. But I refuse to be disrespected by anyone. Especially the manager of a Planet Fitness. Connor is rude, unprofessional, and condescending. A regular front desk employee (Liam) treated me better than the lead manager. I was excited to rejoin after a couple years, but I draw the line at giving PF access to my bank account, and I am not creating a separate one just for a gym membership.
Was the “home gym” for my black membership until Connor, the club manager, cancelled my account 15 days before the payment was due because he said talked too much
