The hours at this location suck! I like to go before work and they don't open until 4am.
Second time no one is here at 4am 3/3/26 to open the gym. Also can we get some new equipment (hammer strength incline, ROWs, ect).
I love the Granbury Planet Fitness. Everyone is very nice. Last week I was having a really bad day. I went to sign in for the Hydromassage bed and one of the new employees,Cleo, was so joyful and kind. He completely changed my mood. Thank you for hiring someone who can do that for your customers.
The manager that is currently there is very rude. She doesn’t have good customer service skills. You come into tan. Tell them what bed you wanna go in and for how much time ,get in there get undressed get in the tanning bed and they dont even set the timer on the tanning bed so you have to get redressed go back out just to tell them to set the timer. I couldn’t figure out how to send info to the corporation! So I’m leaving a review! Granbury Planet Fitness needs equipment and a room like the Weatherford PF! Can we get a hip thrust machine? A laying leg curl, and make the stretching room like theirs! It was so nice to be in! Can we please update ours? Then I’ll give a five star! 😉
