Equipments always broke down
A teenager cannot sign up by themselves unless a parent does it! However, a parent cannot cancel their child’s membership without the child! Make it make sense!! Planet fitness has become dumber by the second! If I could leave zero reviews I would!
Me and my significant other were looking just for a quick day pass to try out Planet fitness but once we walked in we were treated with a warm welcome from Tony who by the way is an amazing employee he goes above and beyond to help get what we were looking for and needed he helped me understand the process of how Planet Fitness membership works and we went with the Black Card membership allowing us to relax and try out the hydro massage chairs after a long outing
Place is still a hot mess! They say bed 3 is closed because the wall paper is falling down. The wall paper is falling down in the waiting area. What’s the difference? They tell you to wait for a bed and then forget it skip you. Need a better system.
