I have been coming here for a long time and today was very confusing. There has been a system for tanning and depending on which bed you request after signing in they provide you with a number. Today I was told that there is a wait for the two operating beds. I told the gal I wanted whichever bed had less people waiting. She said it would be first available. Since the planet fitness changed managers several weeks ago the cleanliness of the gym has really gone down hill. Men’s bathroom is really bad and smells dirty. The morning help is usually standing behind counter on their phones or visiting. Equipment seats/bench covers need replacing or repaired. I’ve been coming to this facility for almost two year and have been very satisfied but GRANBURY Plsnet Fitness needs some real management attention.
I couldn’t figure out how to send info to the corporation! So I’m leaving a review! Granbury Planet Fitness needs equipment and a room like the Weatherford PF! Can we get a hip thrust machine? A laying leg curl, and make the stretching room like theirs! It was so nice to be in! Can we please update ours? Then fix the tanning bed issue, what is the point of signing a paper stating you’re next in line if they just bypass you anyways, nothing beats being half naked waiting for the tanning bed to come on and it never does!
