Awesome spot
Extremely disappointed with the check-in process here. As a Black Card member, I have reciprocal access to all locations. Despite scanning my official app code, the staff refused entry unless I manually provided my name, email, and phone number on a separate log. My home gym confirmed this is not a corporate requirement. Forcing members to surrender personal data that is already in the system is an unnecessary privacy risk and a violation of membership terms. This is a really nice gym with a couple of flaws. I travel for work and go to a lot of Planet Fitness. This is the only one I was told I couldn't use a tanning bed because it was dirty. It is also the only one that wanted to charge me after 10 uses because it isn't my home gym. It would be rated a 5 star other than that.
