I’d been working out here for a few months since it’s super close to my place. I let a lot of things slide ,like machines being broken for months, or them just putting tape over ripped pads instead of fixing them. I also put up with people who, honestly, the staff should keep an eye on because it gets uncomfortable for everyone else , people sitting on machines talking on the phone forever while you’re waiting, or others messing around in the express workout area so you can’t even do the circuit. I recently joined Planet Fitness so this is the first of the PF clubs I've been to. It's clean, friendly and well laid out. I'm looking forward to seeing how their other clubs compare.
The five starts are for Russell, the friendly tall guy at the front desk greeting everyone in a friendly manner. it’s my first time at this location and i’m pleased with the customer service i’ve received from him. he’s checked on us while we were on the hydromassage chairs and made sure we’re good! 5+ starts to him. give that man a raise!!
