I love this gym. It’s always clean, the staff service is top tier and always friendly. Each employee seems like they want to be there. The bathrooms are always kept clean. And each machine that is broken gets repaired very fast. The 5 mile location is by far the best planet fitness I’ve been to. Bill is always super friendly and cool and always engages with the members. I have been in the building twice so far. I would give it a 5, but the first time I was there the girl at the desk did not give me the right answers to my questions so when I signed up for a membership thinking I was going to get the first month free and didn’t, I was a little upset.
