Disrespectful staff.
If I could write a -100000 review, I would. This planet fitness is going down at a rapid pace. My first gripe is the quality. The staff is occasionally eating at the front desk and they allow customers with ski mask and big book bags (not gym bags) to come into the establishment. This has led to the establishment not keeping its usual polished look and took away from the luxury experience. My second gripe is a disagreement that was had with the second manager.
