Never been so humiliated in my life so my payments has gone thru has always gone thre but I guess my back up card is expired so heading in this guy says we need ti update your card now there are people around and I am humiliated like u didn't pay my membership which I did it came out of my account already then he says it again while I am Walking away loud like I owe money so a do not ever want to go back they got my money and humiliated the day light out of my I never want to go back and I was having fun going

Gym is overall nice but like many others it really hits with the hours being reduced. Pretty much the only reason I kept a membership here was for the 24h operation during the week. I could’ve worked with closing times till midnight but 10PM won’t work for me and my crew. We will likely cancel and move to another gym with 24h windows or at least till midnight.
