I've been a member here starting a few months after they opened. I was happy to have a gym that was close and was open 24/7. Due to my work schedule, I have no alternative but to come in very early to get my work out in. Equipment is very basic compared to other PF’s I’ve been to, some of which is not well maintained. Parts of the flooring is bloated and presents a tripping hazard. Hours changed with no notice. Being open 24/7 was the reason I came to this planet fitness, but without that, there’s no redeeming qualities so I’ll be switching to another gym.

I have been a member here for a while and the main reason I joined, it was open 24 hours. This changed with notice yesterday, a paper sign, taped with hours changing set for 12/15. And another today with immediate changes. There was no effort to speak with the members for feedback on our concerns. No contact in any capacity be it phone calls, voice messages.
