Carole is awesome!! The whole staff is awesome and scores highest on customer service/approachable/great energy/knowledgeable in working out compared to the three or four locations I’ve been to. Also the 10/10 cleanliness!!
Great place in the heart of DeKalb/Sycamore to get a workout in. Staff were always great and treated everyone like a family member. If my new residence didn’t have a built in gym I’d be a member for life. Maybe when I move again I’ll get the membership back.
The new treadmills are barely walking pads. I kept my membership here specifically for the nicer/more plentiful treadmills. That and the awful hours just made the switch to Anytime even easier.
