Gave them my correct checking and routing numbers TWICE along with a second form of payment. Twice they were unable to run the payments trough my checking account for some unknown reason. Money was there and info was correct. They ran the charges without issue through my second form of payment provided but TWICE they charged me late fees and they refuse to refund them.
