I havnt even got to use the gym yet. I had a membership like 15 years ago, I decided to sign up again a couple days ago. I went in briefly today to get my picture taken and see if I needed a tag or anything to come in. I walked up to the register, blond hair guy, didn't look at me, didn't respond to me, didn't acknowledge I existed until I finally said hello. This is a well maintained gym with decent amounts of options for various workouts. Definitely one of the nicer PF locations I've been to.

rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I joined this Planet Fitness on July 3. Less than three weeks later, I received a notice that my billing information was invalid and that I would be charged a $15 late fee. I immediately verified my payment information, and it was correct. My initial membership payment had already been processed successfully using the same payment method, so there was no reason for me to believe there was a problem.
