I love Planet Fitness sadly the Wasilla location has been thrashed by younger people it seems as though the staff doesn't really care about keeping people in check. It's just unfortunate as I have seen the other locations managed and ran far better coming from someone who spends a significant amount of time at the gym.

8 months of the same old broken equipment. 1/4 of all the equipment is inoperative with no resolution in sight. Inoperative urinals, soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers and roof leaks. Leadership/ ownership here simply don’t have urgency to upkeep the facilities. Glad to attach photos.

Planet Fitness is a scam. I tried cancelling my membership and was told I couldn't do it over the phone. I didn't have access online and couldn't go in person. They kept charging me every month and multiple times charged me late fees after I requested to cancel. The manager informed me he couldn't do it over the phone because people try to cancel other members accounts all the time. He's a liar. I had to go through my bank to reverse the charges and make sure they couldn't keep stealing money from me.
