Any other day I would give this PF location a 4. Today it’s a 1. I stopped in after working a 17hr day to grab a shower and utilize the hydro massage bed before I drove my last 30mins home. I ended up leaving after my shower, and passing on the intended massage services. I came in per usual, scanned in, and headed to the locker room. Erica checked on me while I was showering. I went there it was a gym!
Arguably the best PF in the state. You just need to increase the hydromassage treatments to 10 minutes.
Rude staff to visitors. Gave us trouble about our membership status. Didn't apologize when they discovered we were actually black card members. Restrooms were dirty and no soap dispensers in the showers.
