I’ve always liked Planet Fitness, but I do not recommend this particular location, especially because of one of their front desk staff. There’s a long-haired male employee whose initials are “SY.” He is very unfriendly and unprofessional. Every time I check in, he gives me a poker face, yet he greets his colleagues with a big smile. There is a missing hot water knob in the men's shower, boiling water comes out and I almost got burned
Crystal manager of this facility she blamed me that I did not cancel my membership accurately while I was in the facility asked for signed digitally. Cancel my membership in Covid time 2024. I thought everything was OK until I check with my bank.
