A great place to work out. Very clean atmosphere but...this place advertised 24/7. No way are they 24/7. They shut down for holidays and bad weather. This place needs key fobs so people like me can go even when weather is bad and early holidays. Its very irritating that I pay for a 24/7 fitness center but limited during certain times. I should be credited for those times.
The website says it’s open in real time and when you call to check as well, the automated system also refers you to check the website. The website is not in real time and no one will answer the phone, the bldg is closed and therefore both the automated system and website are unreliable and inaccurate. Multiple people have gone out of their way during inclement weather to go to a business they pay for that is not reliable enough to ensure business quality. This is unacceptable and poor business etiquette.
As a plus size 40 yr old stay at home mom I feel very comfortable here . Everyone is always so nice and welcoming
