I’ve been a member here since they opened and have enjoyed coming here throughout the years. However, I will say lately it’s just way too crowded. Not that it’s the facilities fault. Richmond is just way too over populated for how small the city is. The wait times for a tanning bed have been OVER an hour for the past few weeks. (Who has time for that?) I’ve watched people come in, check in for tanning and the proceed to work out (I’m assuming that’s bc they are running into the same issue with wait times so might as well). N... read more

They don’t do a good job filling the paper towels . This morning 4-5 were empty. It’s gross because then I’m watching people just use the machines without cleaning them. I told the front desk before leaving. She said someone would be out.

There is rarely staff at the front desk to greet you, say goodbye or help if you have questions. Today, 11 of the treadmills were “out of order”, often machines squeak or don’t work and the whole gym needs to be cleaned. My husband and I have been frequentinf the Lexington gym, which is quite a bit further of a drive but so worth it for the friendlier staff, nicer equipment and cleaner facility
