Today was my first time trying Planet Fitness using a free day pass. Overall, the gym itself is okay. I liked the chair massage area, and that part was a nice touch. However, most of the cable equipment was extremely busy, which made it hard to work out comfortably. Unfortunately, the main issue was the front desk experience. About 9 months ago, I was coming to this location. I had to stop due to some personal reasons. I started coming back as of today and their hydro massage chairs have been down for over a month. Even at 9am, the closest wipe down stations' paper towels were empty. This is the closest location to me with parking and main thing I use my black card for. Why am I even paying for it then?? Seemed like only one person was working... not inclined to go back.

I visit a lot of planets due to travel. This is the warmest one Ive ever been to. It made working out far less enjoyable so if the thermostat is controlled by a corporate office I hope someone adjusts it before I come back 🤢 otherwise I like how clean and large this location is. Staff is great.

This is the absolute worst location of all the planet Fitness. The massage chairs dont work. The showers are never clean. It's giant inside but there are almost no people here. It's no wonder why. This location genuinely sucks! I won't be back here. Thank goodness this is not my regular location.
