I had my crocs on that had the back strap around my heel. The staff said I couldn’t use the facility because the crocs could “slip off my feet”. I find this reasoning silly with the back strap around my heel. Even if my crocs slipped off my feet (which has never happened) I can simply put them back on. I just came after my work shift and was looking forward to a good workout and even took my preworkout.
The location on Amsterdam is compact, the machines are close together. The parking can be difficult on busy days
Honestly came in to take a peak at the gym to recommend for a few clients of mines and wasn’t even allowed in because I had existing memberships at other planet fitness’s who’s balance were not up to date. I’ve been to several planet fitness and this has NEVER been the case, I informed him that I just wanted to look inside the building as a few of my clients are in the nearby area and being a personal trainer they trust my judgment.
