I highly recommend their new red light therapy! It is very good to use after a long work day or intense workout session
Some lady let me do 12 mins in a tanning bed it was my first time I’ll never do that again I can’t move I’m in so much pain 😂
They have 3 free weight setups for squat, bench, deadlift, etc. It’s the only PF ive been to so far that has these and it’s awesome.
