I dont know if every manager at planet fitness is like this but the male manager there is a condescending piece of crap. I called because I have repeatedly received late fees when I should have more than enough on my accounts to cover a 25 dollar membership every month. I called a few weeks ago and talked to a different guy and he basically told me that everything on my account is fine and that everything should roll through without a hitch- cut to now... another 10 dollar late fee. This gym is a bunch of scammers! Always has been. They will find any way to tack on an extra late fee. I called weeks ago to see why I was getting late fees when my accounts have the amount needed and the guy on the phone was like "oh no your account should be all good from here" cut to now... another extra 10 dollar charge for no reason. They used to overcharge my mom too. Planet fitness has shady business practices! I do no recommend! At all!
Great atmosphere. Helpful people and great selection of machines and free weights
They surprised me and got amazing power lifting bars now and updated a ton of equipment
