Bathroom/showers/dressing rooms were not clean. Staff were not friendly. This was on a Sunday.
It's the worst customer service ever. Zero star if I could. You can't barely hear them on the phone. Probably they can't hear you either, but they don't even care to try. After said "Hello" twice, they straight up hung up on you while you were talking. Tried to call back and they straight up declined your call, and sent it to the auto-answering machine.
