The staff here is weird. One staff member said I can’t come back if I don’t download the app on my phone because that’s the gym policy. There has not been a gym I’ve been to with the same concerns being shared by me at this one.
Nice location, great parking with cctv and everything
Extremely disappointed with this location. (3936 N Shepherd Dr) It’s only 3 minutes from my house, but after three visits and three cold showers, I’ve given up. I reported the issue on day one and was told it would be passed to the manager. Day two, still cold, no call back after I left my info. Day three, I was told the manager “checked and said it was fine.” I showered again—still cold. Clearly, my experience doesn’t matter here. I plan to drive to another Planet Fitness just to get hot water. Completely unacceptable!!
If you’re a woman don’t come here unless you like to feel unsafe and stared at by creeps. Week after week I am being followed and intentionally stared at the entire time I workout specifically by 1 person, have complained to management and they don’t do anything about it. One of the workers at the front seemed very empathetic but when she asked me to explain the situation to the assistant manager, she would not even look me in the eyes even though I already felt uncomfortable speaking to her about this.
