I went to Lake Zurich on a Wednesday at around 5pm. The staff was very friendly and informative and there wasn't a lot of gym traffic. The machines were very clean and in great condition. Overall, this review goes to 11! I will definitely be using LZ as my HQ for workouts.

Gym is always clean and everyone is so friendly and helpful
Not very crowded. Equipment looks new. Close to Costco and other shopping. Everything looks clean. And the team is responsive too. I once commented on the massage chairs not delivering much pressure. It was immediately followed up on and fixed.
