Machine at location have been broken for months and no care is given to fix. The towels are mostly empty and even garbage bags are full with no care to replace them.
These guys are too rigid!! I misplaced my card I locked it unfortunately that’s the day the payment was supposed to go off, they passed weird charges for the delays. I explained to them but there was no flexibility. The manager is so proud and thinks he is too perfect to misplace a card? I can’t wait to cancel my membership. I had opted for them because they are the nearest to me, I would rather travel miles back to GoodLife Fitness. I can never recommend them!
