My 1st visit to this gym was to try the red light therapy. Unfortunately my 2nd experience was not so pleasant; I left with the intent of never returning again and I left a negative review here. Fortunately, Brandon, the manager, reached out to me & went to great efforts to address my complaints. I went back yesterday and was so pleased to be able to enjoy the red light therapy again. I regret not reaching out to Brandon in the first place instead of posting a nevative review here. He knows how to do 5 star customer service.
My 1st visit to this gym was to try the red light therapy machine. The attendant was helpful & provided complementary eye covers. I decided I'd try it twice a week to see if it helped my atherosclerosis as one youtube advocate had claimed. I bought special glasses to protect my eyes. Great staff. Very clean.
The hydro massage table is wonderful as well as the massage chair, but you have to get the black card membership love this place!
