Been a member for a year and noticed that i was charged twice each month and when i complained about they said they will call back and resolve the but no calls hence i visited few times because i live in different city now it’s difficult to travel frequently really disappointed. I was signed up by the planet fitness employee still double charges( no reply to my email it’s been 10 months)
I love this gym, the staff are friendly, plenty of equipment and weights. Not too large, very reasonable membership costs.
This place has the temps like walking in freezer Head office please adjust the air. Unacceptable to be this cold.
I love this gym but i have to take off stars. I've been going here for about 8 years, it's always clean, the staff are amazing and there is a good mix of equipment and space. Unfortunately the recent-ish change from 24 hours means that this is no longer accessible for me (any many others I'm sure). I'm someone who use to go later in the evening/at night, usually around 9pm. The new hours means I can't go and trying to fit a workout in during their hours is nearly impossible.
